Published March 03, 2009 @ 08:23PM PT

Everything from some entrepreneurial Twitter recommendations to philanthropy inside baseball to Rwanda in today's Daily Entrepreneur:
- Bay Area entrepreneurs that I'm following on Twitter: Andrew Chen writes up a great list of must-follow Bay Area entrepreneurs on Twitter.
- Obama Nominates Net Neutrality Backer for FCC Chief: Wired reports on President Obama's nomination of "lawyer, techie and former venture capitalist" Julius Genachowski for FCC chief. This is good news for social entrepreneurs looking toward the internet as a tool for bridging inequality.
- Rwanda: The World's Social Innovation Capital: BusinessWeek blogger Steve Hamm writes a really interesting post about the social entrepreneurship and innovation brimming in Rwanda.
- Paul Brest Engages with Charity Navigator: Sean at Tactical Philanthropy writes a great post about the conversation between Hewlett Foundation president Paul Brest and new Charity Navigator CEO Ken Berger regarding outcomes measurement in philanthropy.
